A detailed and realistic European styled 3 Bedroom apartment for Iray!



  • - All lights can be easily turned on or off with a click and emit a natural and realistic lighting out of the box, making it easy to create moody scenes with realistic lighting out of the box.

  • - All windows emit warm and/or cold light. The intensity of the lights can be controlled separately with sliders, making it easy to simulate any time of the day (or night), or weather like sunny or overcast with results that look natural, irrelevant of the sky dome being used. (Promo renders were mostly done with the default lighting out of the box).


Includes a lot of high quality props.



  • - All props are broken down into material surfaces based on their materials. This means that the fabric, plastic and metal on an office chair can all be changed separately.

  • - Everything opens: all doors, windows, drawers, oven, fridge, wash machine, curtains etc.

  • - Everything that should, has functional lights.

  • - All features of a prop (Lights on/off, opening shelves etc) can be controlled from the 'Pose Controls' group.

  • - Includes modular walls, windows and doors that allow you to create your own rooms or entire apartments from scratch.
