Changing the interface language
By default, the assembly starts with the English interface, change the settings to change the language to Russian
Edit> Preferences> Interface> Presentation> UI Language> Russian
(after changing the interface language, restart Photoshop if the Start screen does not load)

For the program to work, plugins are not required, in this case, the capabilities will be limited to the Lite version.
Adobe plugins extend the functionality of the program to the standard version (within the portable version).
additional plugins (third party manufacturers) can be enabled and disabled at the user's choice.

Plugin connection
For plugins to work, the Plugins folder must be located next to the executable file (Photoshop.exe) before starting the program.
after adding or replacing plugins in the Plugins folder, you need to restart Photoshop.
when uninstalling a plugin, you must exit the program and remove the sandbox.

Plugin compatibility and bugs
ICOFormat 2.1f1 is not compatible with this version of Photoshop and does not work correctly.
Snap Art 4 may become unstable, and will crash
(after each arbitrary closing of the plugin, run the bat-file as administrator without leaving the main program and continue working).
Neural Filters requires an Adobe ID login.
after entering the program menu (Help> Login ...) check your account - login confirmation.
Neural Filters (version 1.8.2) may not work.
Neural Filters (version 1.4.11) is not compatible with this version of Photoshop and does not work correctly.
For normal work use Neural Filters version (1.4.11) and Photoshop versions (22.3.1 - 22.4.3)
Smart Portrait filter may not work when first turned on, "filter error".
(to fix this error close Neural Filters and restart Photoshop, the filter should work fine when reused).
