Important Notes: The Revit 2025.3 Update does not support uninstall. Once Revit 2025.3 Update is applied Revit 2025 cannot be reverted to its pre-update state.
Compound elements
- Added the ability to duplicate layers in the Edit Assembly dialog for all compound elements including walls, floors, roofs, ceilings, slabs and toposolids, significantly reducing time and improving efficiency during type creation and modification of these elements.
Dynamo for Revit
- Upgraded Dynamo Core version to 3.2.2. See the release notes for details.

- Improved the panel connection dialogue to include the panel name with issue.
Export PDF
- Added the ability to view the status of background PDF export.
IFC
- Rebar sets with bars of the same length are now grouped together when exported to IFC.
- Added the ability to optionally export ceiling grids to IFC as a footprint representation.
Plan Regions
- Added the ability to cut DirectShape geometry by plan region.
Room/Area/Space
- Added the ability to re-center the room reference line.
Spell Check
- Added the ability to use spell check in-canvas during text note editing.

- Fixed the output of Selection and Filtering Dynamo nodes for Roof elements and Dynamo nodes that receive Roof category as input.
- Improved the behavior of FilterRule.ByRuleType Dynamo node that now ensures the compatibility between the parameter type and the input data, when creating view filters.
Energy Model
- Fixed an issue that caused a failure when running an energy analytical model that uses perimeter zoning in Insight.
Export PDF
- Fixed an issue where overlapping non-masking solid filled regions did not vector print or export in some cases.
Family Editor
- Fixed an issue that caused inactive buttons to be clickable in the Family Editor Manage tab.

- Fixed an issue where common interactions with rebar would take a long time in projects with many rebar and bending details.

- Fixed an issue where material appearance was incorrect when Rendering if the view being rendered was set to Textures mode.

- Fixed an issue where text was truncated in the Open Model Information window for some languages.

- Solved an issue in which some analytical beams were created far from the model using Physical to Analytical for Buildings 2025.2 script.
- Fixed an issue in which an analytical panel was not created for a floor element when the project length unit was set to feet.
- Fixed an issue in which hosted analytical nodes changed their position when an analytical opening was created over them.
Structural Loads
- Fixed an issue in which area load was changing sides when the analytical panel geometry was modified.

Tags
- Fixed an issue when trying to get the tag text through the API for Structural Rebar Bending Details.
- Fixed an issue that tags values from different multiline text shared parameters combined in tag editor when modifying tags.
- Fixed an issue where tags in a dependent view would incorrectly follow the orientation of the original view.
- Fixed an issue where tags cannot be placed or moved appropriately for elements of linked files in dependent views.
Twinmotion for Revit
- Fixed an issue where the dialog informing the user that Twinmotion is not installed is not displayed.
- Fixed an issue where the hyperlink to learn more about Twinmotion Substitution goes to the wrong page.
User Interface
- Improved the FRA localization display for "CAD formats" and "DWF markups" in the Add lists of the Manage Links dialog.
- Fixed an issue that the tooltip display truncated in the side panel of Manage Links dialog on different languages.
- Fixed an issue where the tooltip for Name column would display only when the text was truncated in the Manage Links dialog.
- Improved the scroll bar of Properties palette and Project Browser to be consistent.
