Once you complete these videos you would understand what Cultivate your Mind - The 1st Key is all about.
Imagine that you have 100% energy a day for the operation of your mind. If you have anxiety, self-pity, fear, jealousy within you then your mental energy is reduced due to those negative emotions.
The main goal at this stage is to start to practise meditation to relax and remove these underlying emotions first. Get into the habit of listening to it daily . When you meditate you will be able to get to a higher self. It will help you to observe your thoughts and not just react to them .

Go to the YIMD Academy YouTube website (links given in the resources section of the last video) and pick any 10-minute meditation/relaxation that you feel would help you.
Once you complete these videos you would also understand what Change Your Old Self - The 2nd Key is all about.
In order to change yourself, you have to go deep into your root beliefs which are stored in the subconscious mind like a computer program sitting in a computer. In order to change your old beliefs, you will be using affirmations to replace your old self-beliefs with new ones.
When you purchase the program, you will receive 4 sets of powerful affirmations. Each set You will provide 20-30 affirmations looped. You will receive the 4 below affirmations in 2 different versions. One would be for repetitive listening and the other is used to meditate on the affirmations.

You can let affirmations into your subconscious mind in different methods. The repetitive listening affirmation will not have any background sound. you can even use it whilst driving. The version with background sound is used to listen whilst relaxing. Both these methods would help you to change your subconscious mind and hence Change your Old self. You will start to notice changes in the way you think and act. You have to continue this practising your mind so that permanent change takes place. The main goal at this stage is to stay motivated and know why you should continue on this journey of changing yourself.

I suggest that you listen to the Motivation + Education videos provided free on the YMIND Academy youtube channel daily. Maybe you can use the time in your commute to work.
