Description
This is an introduction to the course for anyone who feels they can manage change better and want to bring more resilience into their life. Together, in this personal development course, we will investigate the dynamic and cycle of change and how you are already resilient, the issue always is accessing resilience on demand. In this course you will learn that resilience is found at the intersection of three key life domains. This course was created based on my personal life experience, studies, as well as many years of working with numerous clients as a Life Coach. It has become strikingly evident that the pace of change continues to accelerate and the depth of change is getting deeper in all aspects of life. Resilience is traditional thought of as the ability to bounce back, yet I think we should bounce beyond that which we thought would crush us. As a species we are meant to learn, grow, adapt, and evolve. That requires us to move into agency over our resilience and not just pulling out our resilience when our back is against a wall. Each micro learning video, 17 in total, will be followed by journaling prompts. The maximum benefit of this course is attained through contemplation and shifting perspective.By completing this course, you will be able to:Understand the cycles of change and recognize yourself in many of the obstacles to changeAssess the personal values which are most important to you which will help guide you when in transitionUnderstand the role of mindset, limiting beliefs, and self-talkFind that resilience lies at the intersection of three life domainsThe fuel to personal powerPLEASE NOTE - This course is NOT for you if you are not prepared to contemplate the journaling prompts which are a fundamental part of the course.MODULES:1.
