The Project for this course is to Write down your leadership moral code and your set of leadership attitude components.
Description
I believe leaders have a duty to exercise their leadership in a moral way. I also think there's a core component to what moral leadership is, but also that leaders must define their own moral code on top of that.
I also believe that attitude is a great differentiator, probably second only to morality. Here too there's a core attitude that any leader would benefit from, and your unique and personal flavor to add on top.
These core components and how to figure out what to add on top as your own are the topics for this course.
We will discuss all these, pragmatically, for today's modern workplace, with examples, from experience. I have 15 years of experience in software, tech, management, senior management, and 7 years now running my own leadership and agility consultancy.
