The Eatiful Method was developed by weight loss author Katie Lips after slow and mindful eating helped her permanently lose over 85 pounds (that's 6 stones, or 38kg). After trying every diet going, Katie discovered the principles of mindful eating helped her to slow down and learn to eat to nourish her body. She went on to publish her first weight loss book "Love Yourself & Lose Weight" and develop the Eatiful Method which blends the best concepts from slow, mindful and intuitive eating with behaviour change techniques and all important principles of self-love. Katie is a certified health coach and helps people lose weight with the easy, enjoyable and sustainable method without a diet.
