We will also discuss routines, habits, and mindsets to adopt in order to experience more feelings of this energy running through your body. Kundalini is a purification through fire and should not be taken lightly. But when we start to appreciate the knowledge the pain for purification gives us only then we can achieve higher pleasure and joy of life.
